Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days for standard items. Custom pieces may take 7-14 days before shipping.
- Delivery Time: 5-10 business days via our partnered courier services.

Special Packaging for Marble Products
We understand the fragility of marble and use specialized packaging:

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Important: Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 2 days with photographs to be eligible for replacement.
Return & Refund Policy

Exceptions for Damaged Items
We will replace items that arrive damaged in transit if:

- The original packaging is retained
Damage Claim Process
