3. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• All orders placed on the website are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
• Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee order acceptance.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.
• We occasionally run promotions which may have specific terms outlined at the time of offer.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• We accept secure payments via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

6. Returns & Refunds

• We will inspect the request and offer a replacement or full refund, subject to our discretion.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be canceled before dispatch only. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including designs, text, and images are owned by White and More.
• Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Agra, India only. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agra.

Shipping Policy

At White and More, we take great care in packaging and shipping your precious marble products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Below are the details of our shipping process:

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days for standard items. Custom pieces may take 7-14 days before shipping.
• Delivery Time: 5-10 business days via our partnered courier services.
• Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to deliver on time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Special Packaging for Marble Products

We understand the fragility of marble and use specialized packaging:

• Each piece is wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap
• Custom-cut foam inserts for added protection
• Double-walled corrugated boxes for heavier items
• "Fragile" and "This Side Up" markings on all packages

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Shipping Restrictions

Return & Refund Policy

Our No Refund Policy

White and More operates on a strict no-refund policy for the following reasons:

• Marble is a natural material with unique variations that cannot be replicated
• Most of our products are made-to-order or customized
• The heavy weight and fragility of marble make returns impractical
• We provide detailed product descriptions and multiple images to help you make informed decisions

Exceptions for Damaged Items

We will replace items that arrive damaged in transit if:

• You notify us within 2 days of delivery
• You provide clear photographs and videos showing the damage
• The original packaging is retained

Damage Claim Process

1. Email us at support@whiteandmore.in with your order number
2. Attach 3-4 clear photos showing the damage from different angles
3. Include a photo of the packaging if it appears damaged
4. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
5. If approved, we will arrange for pickup and send a replacement

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:

• Custom or made-to-order marble pieces
• Items with personalized engravings or modifications
• Products purchased during sales or promotions
• Any item not in its original condition

Incorrect Items Received

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for return shipping at our expense and send the correct item.

Handling Instructions

When your marble items arrive:

1. Inspect the external packaging for any visible damage before accepting delivery
2. Use two people to lift heavier pieces (we indicate weight on the packaging)
3. Open carefully with a box cutter, avoiding deep cuts that might scratch the contents
4. Remove all packaging materials slowly and methodically

For oversized marble products (over 1m in any dimension):

• We build custom wooden crates with internal bracing

3. Why does delivery take longer than regular packages?

Marble requires special handling at every logistics stage. Our carriers:

• Use climate-controlled vehicles when necessary
• Limit stacking to prevent pressure damage
• Schedule dedicated handling times at sorting facilities

4. How should I clean my marble products?

We recommend:
