Important: Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 3 days with photographs to be eligible for replacement.

  1. Inspect the external packaging for any visible damage before accepting delivery
  2. Use two people to lift heavier pieces (we indicate weight on the packaging)
  3. Open carefully with a box cutter, avoiding deep cuts that might scratch the contents
  4. Remove all packaging materials slowly and methodically
  5. Check for hidden fragile components (like detachable marble legs)

Pro Tip: Save all packaging materials for 7 days in case you need to file a damage claim. Photograph the unboxing process for valuable pieces.
